- Lots of felt
- Glue (I used UHU All-purpose adhesive — it’s safer than using hot-melt glue)
- A good pair of shears
- Velcro
- Iron-on interfacing
- A whole lot of patience
Draw the lines with chalk 
Cut it with a good pair of fabric scissors 
Iron on the interfacing for the house 
Ta-Da!
