Basically, it&#8217;s a Filipino version or adaptation of the story of creation. The main material used is felt. I printed the pictures used on sticker photo paper and also backed them up with felt. We ended up with a giant felt board activity for &#8220;The Story of Creation: Pinoy Style.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Story sequence:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow aligncenter\" data-effect=\"slide\"><div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_container swiper-container\"><ul class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_swiper-wrapper swiper-wrapper\"><li class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_slide swiper-slide\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_image wp-image-748\" data-id=\"748\" src=\"https:\/\/wonderfullymadekids.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/10\/img_3785.jpg\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_caption gallery-caption\">DAY 1: In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. And God said, \u201cLet there be light,\u201d and there was light.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/li><li class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_slide swiper-slide\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_image wp-image-756\" data-id=\"756\" src=\"https:\/\/wonderfullymadekids.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/10\/img_3830.jpg\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_caption gallery-caption\">DAY 2: And God said, \u201cLet there be a vault between the waters to separate water from water.\u201d So God made the vault and separated the water under the vault from the water above it.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/li><li class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_slide swiper-slide\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_image wp-image-749\" data-id=\"749\" src=\"https:\/\/wonderfullymadekids.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/10\/img_3789.jpg\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_caption gallery-caption\">DAY 3a: And God said, \u201cLet the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let dry ground appear.\u201d An archipelago with 3 major islands appeared in the ocean, and this was eventually known as the Philippines.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/li><li class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_slide swiper-slide\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_image wp-image-750\" data-id=\"750\" src=\"https:\/\/wonderfullymadekids.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/10\/img_3790.jpg\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_caption gallery-caption\">DAY 3b: God called the dry ground \u201cland,\u201d and the gathered waters he called \u201cseas.\u201d (Mt. Apo, Chocolate Hills, Pagsanjan Falls, Lake Sebu, Boracay, Tubbataha Reef)<br>Then God said, \u201cLet the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds.\u201d (Anahaw, Narra, Sampaguita)<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/li><li class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_slide swiper-slide\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_image wp-image-752\" data-id=\"752\" src=\"https:\/\/wonderfullymadekids.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/10\/img_3804.jpg\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_caption gallery-caption\">DAY4: And God said, \u201cLet there be lights in the vault of the sky to separate the day from the night. The stars and the sun became a symbol of freedom when it became part of the Philippine flag.<br>DAY 5: And God said, \u201cLet the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the vault of the sky.
