Do-It-Yourself Felt Car Play Mat

A couple of days ago, I chanced upon this blog post thru facebook: http://www.powerfulmothering.com/diy-felt-play-mat/

My 22-old month little man pointed to it and immediately cried out, “Car! Vroom!” I knew then we just had to make our own. 🙂

This is just waaaay cool! 🙂

1. Lots of felt
2. Glue (I used UHU All-purpose adhesive — it’s safer than using hot-melt glue)
3. A good pair of shears
4. Velcro
5. Iron-on interfacing
6. A whole lot of patience
