Did you know that 1 out of 9 people (821 million) go to bed hungry each night? Eradicating hunger and malnutrition is one of the great challenges of our time.
Our very first episode on November 12, 2021 is Taylor Quinn, a Zero Hunger Hero who works with the World Food Programme to bring us closer to the zero hunger world.
A dog, they say, is a man’s best friend, yet there are millions abandoned all over the world. In the past decade, hundreds have been rescued in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia alone.
Find out more about the plight of dog rescuing in our second episode on December 4, 2021 as we speak with Nour Fitiany, a volunteer from Open Paws Jeddah, and see how we can help their cause. We are one in advocating, “Every dog deserves a home.”
Sign language is more than just talking with your hands and listening with your eyes. It is a connection made from face and body expressions that spring from the heart!
Learn more about how this beautiful language reaches out to more people and what makes it special with Mandy Knight of Sign Language Worship on December 20, 2021, as the Divrgent team and their friends from AGCF Kids have a chat with her.
“I need to operate with compassion. I realized that passion was not enough.”
The Divrgent team was left awestruck by their very first Filipino interviewee, Jourdan Sebastian. He is the founder of CourageousCompassion, a movement that is currently providing solutions for the victims of Typhoon Rai or locally known in the Philippines as Typhoon Odette.
Watch out for Episode 4 of The Divrgents, Beyond Passion, be inspired to make a difference and see how you can help or donate.
