Here is a summary of the K2 3rd Quarter Activities we’ve done from June until August 2013.

BJU Bible Crafts

BJU K5 Beginnings
BJU K5 Beginnings (panning for gold, Statue of Liberty, learning about oceans, making a birdfeeder, all about forest creatures, field trip to Fakieh Aquarium to learn more about sea creatures)
Math
K5 Math (counting to 100, making patterns and learning about fractions) / BJU lessons (cookie’s treats, learning about Spain, mini-book on how to make a birdfeeder) / Filipino (answering textbook, days of the week in Tagalog)
BJU lessons: Memory Book activities
BJU lessons: Memory Book activities
Extra activities (house chores, taking care of little brother, visiting a dinosaur exhibit, helping mom bake cupcakes, singing along with Barney, flying a kite)

Jeddah Homeschoolers from wonderfullymadekids.com, Homeschooling by Grace, and Homeschool Global KSA celebrated the Philippines' 7th National Homeschool Day with other members of the Homeschool Association of the Philippine Islands by joining hands in cleaning up the Red Sea coast at Khaleej Salman beach.
